Launched in 1897 – when the distillery was established. It is a perfect Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky – a resilient marriage of Speyside heather-honey sweetness and Lowland intensity. Dalwhinnie is made in the highest working distillery in Scotland at an altitude of 1,173 feet (357.5m) with stream water that flows from mountain lochs. It is produced in one of the coldest inhabited places in Scotland, with a recorded average annual temperature of 6C in 1994.Alcohol percentage 43%
