These Red Snappers are an excellent source of protein, potassium, selenium, and vitamin B12. Red snapper is a lean fish with a firm texture, mild flavor, and delicate white flesh. The red snapper is great for a quick, yummy breakfast, lunch, or dinner and is deliciously baked, broiled, or pan-fried. These whole Red Snappers are gilled, gutted, and scaled so they’re ready to eat. Just a little scale fine cleaning for the cook. Red snapper is also healthy as it’s a great source of protein and low in fat.

For best results, soak frozen snapper in salt and lemon or lime water and keep refrigerated for 4 – 24 hours before cooking.
